This hotel is on the campus of Hope College, which is about two blocks south of the main shopping and dining area, a few blocks from the train / bus station, and within walking distance of parks, the riverfront and Windmill Island. One of the nicest features is that the hotel was quiet! No rowdy guests or noisy elevators to deal with. The room I stayed in had two queen-sized beds, a small refrigerator and tiny coffee service. There is an awesome coffee shop just off the lobby that also sells warm food, so late-night snacks or a filling breakfast is within reach if you're not in the mood to leave the premises.

This is the first hotel we stayed in a while where the amenities in the room were laid out very thoughtfully; convenient access to power outlets, light switches, no complicated shower settings, proper light blocking curtains, convenient thermostat, and ample storage spaces under the bench. The hotel staff were helpful. It is conveniently located to the college, social district, restaurants and the windmill garden. 10/10 experience, will stay again

I was greeted at my late arrival by Nolan who was professional yet friendly. The hotel was modern yet cheerful & colorful. The room was nicely organized and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains very effective (I slept until 10:30 & only b/c my son texted me!). Liked the later check-out (noon), otherwise I may not have been able to sleep-in.

It’s hard to find something that’s this cute with a boutique charm in Holland. It’s all that and has a great coffee shop by the lobby. We were able to grab a coffee and bagel and off to the shopping Holland is so good for. The parking was so easy and free and we even could use the pass in multiple lots. I will absolutely come back!

Goodwin

The hotel was perfectly located for walking around downtown Holland. Once we parked in the free parking lot we didn't need the car until we departed. The front desk agent was super helpful and recommended several restaurants within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable. It appeared to have been recently updated.
